All orders are shipped via Select Freight, UPS Ground or US Priority Mail, all options cover the lower 48 states as quickly as 2-5 business days. If you need a faster option, feel free to give us a call for a quote. Most orders are shipped same day with tracking updated within 24 hrs of order. We can ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska, call for a quote. All damage claims are to be submitted within 24hrs of receiving your package. We do not ship Internationally at this time.
Most items that are still new, unused, and undamaged can be returned with a mandatory 15% restocking fee. All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA) that can be obtained by phone (866-753-2622) or email (email@example.com). Original purchaser is responsible for any return freight or insurance to our RMA center, as well as to the manufacturer. Shipping charges are not refundable. All RMA processes (claim, delivery of part to RMA center, completion of tracking, and delivery to manufacturer) must be completed within 30 days of original delivery or your claim will no longer be valid.
